The easiest and fastest way to receive any missing points is to correct your receipt!
Corrections can only be made within 3 days of the receipt scan date.
Follow the step by step process below:
- Make sure you are on the latest version of the app.
- View your receipt history by clicking the "Activity" tab from the bottom bar.
- Click on the receipt that you want to correct.
- Scroll to the bottom of the details section and click the "CORRECT RECEIPT" button.
- Select an existing line item to correct, or add a new line item that is missing from the list (using the "+ ADD ITEM" button).
- Select the brand that was shopped from the list of partner brands.
- Confirm the price and quantity of the item as it appears on the receipt.
- If you are adding a new item to the list, please enter the description of the item as it appears on the receipt.
- Click "CONFIRM".
- One you have corrected/ added all the missing items, click "SUMBIT FOR REVIEW".
- Your review will be processed within 24 hours.
Points will be added to your account for any partner brands or Special Offers currently running that were missed.
Note: Partner brands in question must be listed on the receipt in order to receive missing points. If the receipt has no line items we are unable to verify that the brand was purchased.
