Some users have been experiencing an issue when requesting a redeem where the App will get stuck on a loading screen. We have released a fix for this.
Please do the following:
- Try clearing your Maholla App's cache
- Uninstall and delete the Maholla App.
- Download the current latest version of the Maholla App (Google Play Store / IOS App Store) and sign in.
- Try process a redeem again, ensuring you have a strong internet/mobile connection.
