When a user redeems one of our voucher options, their account is put under review to ensure that every receipt is legitimate.
If a receipt is not legitimate, or matches any of these criteria, then the receipt will be rejected and its points deducted from your account balance. Additionally, your redeem will be rejected.
You may try redeeming again provided your account still has enough points for one of our redeem options.
Please note that we are constantly improving our scanning system with each update, and through this process we hope to eliminate this second stage of receipt scrutinization and improve the Maholla experience for you as the user.
